Everything the back office does
One place for the whole store.
The figures come straight from your POS and tank monitor. You check, adjust what the register can't know, and lock the day.
Day closing
Sales, tax, cards, safe drops and the deposit, balanced against the register. Over or short, to the cent.
Fuel and tanks
Gallons by grade, deliveries, the tank monitor's readings and an overnight check that catches leaks early.
Lottery
Every slot and pack, sales straight from the register, and a nudge when a game is about to run out.
Invoices, read for you
Photograph or drop an invoice. AI reads it, and every value is highlighted where it's printed.
Payroll and time clock
Schedules, clock in on the store's iPad, timesheets and paychecks printed with their stubs.
Price book and labels
Your items, prices and promotions, and shelf labels printed on Avery sheets in seconds.
How it works
Set up once. Then it runs itself.
Connect the register
A small program on the back-office PC sends the POS and tank monitor reports as they're made. Nothing to type.
aarqi does the math
Each night the day is worked out: departments, fuel, cards, drops, lottery and the tanks, ready by morning.
You check what matters
Refunds, changed amounts and anything that doesn't add up are set apart. Look, lock the day, print it.
AI built in
Smarter, without the busywork.
aarqi reads what you'd otherwise type, and shows you where every number came from.
- Fuel and supplier invoices read from a photo or PDF
- Each value outlined where it's printed, so checking takes a glance
- Do the math right in a box: 7500 + 1000
- Everything kept, searchable and ready to print
